OYI Card a disaster

Card took 8 weeks to arrive. Online balance check stopped working a few months later. Phones often go unanswered, emails are not responded to. Card is supposed to be accepted at pharmacies and doctors, but is declined everywhere that I try to use it. Attempts at cancellation and refund are futile. Ive lost every cent I put in here. Its been a complete **** from the bigginning.
