OYI = *****

I app**** for my OYI card long before Covid. Back then the company was top-notch and I received my card a day or two after I app**** and they delivered it personally at my work. Now you cant even communicate with the company, you are ignored. I have been waiting for my funds to be released and sent to me for 10 weeks now. What do we do to get our money back? Go to the police for *****? Banking ombudsman? what? Because I desperately need the money for exactly what it was supposed to be used for - unforseen medical expenses. Please OYI, owe up to all your customers, this is NOT the way you do business!
