04/2022 I joined the Oyi medical card account. The account works for a few months and stops working. I tried connecting them to address the issue. They said IT is working on the issue. I would go to click to purchase medication, still it would say not authorized. I tried to calling for assisted for the almost 8 months

I then decided to deactivate the account and they said within 7 days I will receive my refund. It has been 3 months now still waiting. I'm not recomming this medical account to anyone
