no card after 5weeks

according to me they do not even deserve a star its been 5 weeks since i signed up an i still have not received my card every time I follow up with them they told me that their waiting on their supplier, I signed up after seeing my friend receive her card within two days but it was my turn to receive the card i am being given run arounds. they are ********
