MY REFUND PLEASE

I have canceled my card with Oyi on the 2023/07/14 and requested for a refund.My banking details were submitted, and i have not been paid since. When i call and follow up they say i must wait for an sms, which i never receive.I need my money back, it is not fair that you flood me with SMSs to top up my account, but when i ask for a refund you give me a run around
