My Refund

I joined Oyi Medical Card in July 2022. I loaded money every month. Everything was fine until one day I went to the Doctor and my card declined. I didn't understand. I then received an SMS saying my card is no longer active. I enquired and was told Ill get a refund within 7 days. It's almost a month now since. When I enquire I'm told they have sent a reminder to accounts. I think Oyi Medical Card is a ****. They wait for you to deposit enough money so that they cancel the account and never refund you
