****MERS!!!!

My OYI card started declining in May 2023, when I reported this, this was their response "There is a technical fault somewhere in the system (NOT OYI) which is out of our control. We are awaiting feedback of when the system will be working, Apologies for the inconvenience caused". After 2 months of the same feedback when I make a follow up, I was advised to ask for a refund. I asked for refunds on the 6th of July 2023 and their feedback til date is "A reminder has been sent for funds to be refunded, apologies for the delay". OYI is a ****. It starts off very well until their cards decline while you are at the doctors with a sick baby.
