****ty services, every time I try to use this card it keeps on declining and I look like a stupid in the store like there's no funds available. Since last month this has been happening, they either give you an option of saving or cheque account and both types of accounts does not work, card keeps on declining. What's the use paying for a service you cannot even use when in need of emergency medical assistance. Let's not talk about the embarrassment and the looks other customers give you. They are quick to remind you about a payment but when it comes to the card being used they're hopeless. I'm cancelling this service as they are not very reliable. Last month they had to refund me cashback into my personal banking account as I had to use my cash. HIGHLY IRRITATED.
