It does not work

It is a ****, I put money into the card and it didn't work anywhere. I unfortunately referred a family member and they also put money into their card, which never ever arrived. We both cancelled our contracts as it doesn't work and have been waiting months to get our money back. They just keep saying we will get back to you shortly with a refund but never do.
