Is OYI Medical Card a ****!?

Hi. Loaded my card with R2k and was informed that the card has subsequently been suspended /closed and cards aren't being issued till early next year, this was in August 2023. The alternative was a refund with a 10% deductible which still don't understand however agreed to. Till to date haven't been refunded and their online agents are rude or just blue tick you. Need help with this matter please
