I WANT MY REFUND!!!!

I've never seen such a waste of money, for 2 years I didn't experience any problem until this year all it was doing it was declining most of the time I tried contacting them but still nothing was done, I closed it 2 months back they promised my refund I still haven't received till this day I what'sapp and call all i talk to is recorded machine🚮 Oyi please give me my refund I've been patient enough.
