Horrible

I received an Sms on the 21st of November stating that my account is closed and was asked to send my banking details for a refund which will take about 7 to 10days working day and till. Today, I have not yet received it. It's the 18th of January 2024 and been calling the head office but the lady isn't making sense at all...,So i am basically ****med!!!
