Gaaaa Sies Oyi medical you ****mers

Terrible service from oyi medical aid, since last year my card has been declining and when I call in I get told about IT problem. Demanded my refund since April 2023 even now I haven't received my refund. When I request a refund they tell me there's a queue and will get an sms within 5 to 7 working days but my money in the account keep decreasing. OYI guys are ****mers, they are ****ming all of us,we never gonna get our money.
