Fed-up and disappointed

Oyi is so quick to send reminders as soon as it is the 25th of the month that one should remember to top up their account. However, what does diligently topping up your account help or do good, when I am unable to use my card. It has been two months now and with sufficient amount in it, all my card transactions decline when I use the card. The whatsapp help they offer doesn't respond to anything other than once again telling up you how to top up your account. And their contact number is never available. I would just like to withdraw my funds and cancel the card please.
