Don't trust these people. They are never available.

I paid money into my account. When I wanted to pay at a pharmacy nothing was available. I tried phoning OYI I have send emails and whats app messages but there is no responce. I tried FB messanger someone rep**** my account is closed. I asked for a refund that after a direct payment was made into their account but still no one gets back to me and I am still waiting on my refund why do I have to wait for a refund after doing a direct payment and I have forwarded the proof of payment to them.
