Don't get a Oyi card

Do not think of getting a Oyi card. What a disappointment.. Since Jan 2023,I'm struggling with that card. It keeps on declining. What a frustration. And when I get hold of Oyi, they keep telling me it's a IT problem, not the card... I not embarresed once, but many times. I relay on this Oyi card for my son's medication at Dischem, what a disappointment. Stop this card and ask your money back. I've send a refund last week and Monday, still no reply from them.... I received a whattsapp about 2 days later, saying they have so much refunds on their system, and it will take 7 working days to process.... If I do not get response on Tuesday the latest, I'm taking it further. This Oyi people is steeling your money...
