Disgusted by the after sales service

They advertise that you can purchase electricity with them however no such thing. They are quick to send you messages to top up your card but when it comes to trying to get hold of them none of the numbers go through nor do they answer your emails. That is my money sitting there and I want it or to atleast use it.
