Complain

Since i had Medical card with Oyi for more than two years, last year started having issues where i am unable to use the card, keep on declining everytime i call them keep on telling me technical problem i which they are working on it, at times i would be standing infront of the cashier waiting to pay.

This year two months back i decided not to continue with them any more because of this dissapointment, cant keep on paying for something that i can not use!! Well i sent them message via whatsApp they must cancel my prescription and refund my money, was also adviced that due to lot of refunds it will take two to three weeks but now i am on the 2nd month waiting for my refund!

Instead i received a massage my card is not active anymore and i wont be able to use it!! Where is my money?? When will they refund me?? They dont answer my calls,emails neither whatsapp messages that m sending, will you please pay back my money???
