Card Keeps declining even though there is funds available

I have had my OYI card for approximately 2 years now. Didn't have any issues before now. On two separate occasions I have tried paying with my Oyi card and it has declined, even though there is funds available. Oyi Medical please can you get this fixed. What is the point in saving if you cant use your card?
