Card Declined while i was sick the dr couldnt help

Hi There i got the card when it was highly recommended recently i went to the DR precisely 2 weeks back it had R800 i pay with it which the transaction declined i communicated with them they said it was the system issue they are working on it which means i must die while they have my money but i cannot use it they are not even communicating the progress of the situation their service sucks i just want my money that is in the card and call it quits with them.
