Card declined

I loved the concept of this card when I first got it a couple of years ago. It gave some assurance that there is a bit of a savings pocket for when you need it, and has really helped on occassion. But over the past couple of weeks I have not been able to use the card at all as the transactions are declined, leaving me red in the face when I'm supposed to pay.

Apparently there is a glitch with the card, I was told I can 'withdraw' money by sending the amount I need, and Oyi will make an eft into my account. I have sent several emails and whatsapps, but have received to reply at all. Oyi has always been on the ball with communication and rep**** to any inquery within minutes. 3 weeks later and still nothing. This is not on. I need my money please!
