cancelation of Oyi medical card.

I canceled my card in may due to having to tell them to cancel my debit order but they didn't and now on the 02/12/2022 a debit order went through for a card thats supposed to be canceled,i reversed the money but now they are disputing my returned debit.can oyi cancel my card and debit order,i don't need the card anymore.
