Cancel your card immediately

Cancel this card immediately. Imagine saving for medical expenses then not being able to use your funds in time of emergency, then they tell u its a technical issue not on their side. When you request to close the account they say it takes 7 business days. Thereafter they tell you due to high demand of refunds they are processing and cant give a date. My cash in your card so why is it so difficult to release my funds. However they never fail to send sms reminder for you to top up account. I regret opening this account as well as referring people.
