Bad service with Oyi Medical card

i have been experiencing bad service with my card since April 2023 it has been declining and i have money on it, evertime i call i am being told that its their system it has an error, today 05 jul 2023 i called i was told the same answer that their sysytem has an error they will alert me when its resolved i asked the lady why dont they alert us if theres a problem he rudely told me mam we will notify u when the issue is being solved. i then asked to cancel the contract with them she told me to send watsapp and i asked the name of the consultant she pretended as if she doesnt hear me and she hang up, i called again there was no answer and i used a different phone it was answered i asked her name she just said send watsapp if you want to cancel and she hang up. All i want now is to cancel and they refund me my money. i need help
