Bad customer service
They don't update the credit bureaus after payment is done. I paid some amount this year in July but the payment is not showing as updated on the credit bureaus. The lady I spoke to Bulelwa says it was done but it's not true. Even now I settled my account last month but still no update.

Please note that we send updates to the bureaus daily on the day of the event. Unfortunately, we do not have control over when and how each of the bureaus manages their records. We have resent the update to the bureaus again today.

01 Nov 2022, 10:51This can't be true, I mean last update last year and you say you send the updates daily. How can last update be last year but you send it daily on the event? You want to tell me that since last year the bureaus are missing your updates? You know that is not true.
