Await refund for 3 months

I joined OYI on 4th November 2023 and made a payment of R200 on the same date, on the 7th they confirmed that my card had been ordered and would be delivered in 10 days. on the 23rd they informed me that my account with them was INVALID and I needed to send my banking details for a refund which I did, i have not received my money back or even communication from OYI to date.
