3 months and still no Oyi Medical Card

I app**** for the Oyi Medical card and ordered two cards in September 2022. It's December 2022 and I have still not receive any card which means I cannot access the funds I have deposited into the Medical Card or use the service. I've tried to chat with the contact agents with no luck. They just don't provide answers as to why there are delays and the frustration is that there is no communication from Oyi. I am actually considering canceling the service and requesting a refund. Very poor service experienced so far and am concerned about what to expect long term. The service has been very disappointing. Very unhappy
