Unprofessional staff

I called to speak to an employee and was welcomed with such rudeness by a lady at switch board who introduces her self by Jane,she is rude,unfriendly and unprofessional,I called at 10-06am on the 14-11-2019 &hope management can listen to the call and see how rude there staff can be
