OXYGEN PRODUCTS DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR DELIVERY

On the 3rd of July, I ordered products from Oxygen Products which I did not receive , ,communicated this and was PROMISED that they would track my delivery . They didn't respond, I complained on this page on FB they then sent a message a day later to say they would calll which they didn't. I complained again yesterday and finally got a call today to say I need to find out where the parcel is in the system by myself. As far as I know, its ********** to promise a product that is not received. Why promise to track the parcel when you come back and tell me to find it myself. It is now the 11th of August, more than a month later. Since when does a consumer pay a retailer for products that is not delivered. Delivery is a contractual obligation by a retailer otherwise this is *****! i wouldn't purchase from this company and I want to be refunded. Oxygen Products has just wiped their hands clean saying that once they post the product its not their problem.
