Extremely Disappointed with Oxygen Products Pty Ltd and Fast Way Courier

Here's a rewritten review: I'm appalled by the poor service I've received from Oxygen Products Pty Ltd and Fast Way Courier. I urgently needed their Supervitamins+Oxygen Capsules due to my health condition, but the delivery has been a disaster.

Despite being promised a 2-3 working day delivery, I've received nothing. I've had to constantly follow up with both companies, only to be met with unhelpful responses. Oxygen Products Pty Ltd claimed my parcel wasn't picked up at their depot, while Fast Way Courier's phone number (087) is unreachable.

To add insult to injury, when I tried to track my parcel via WhatsApp, the tracking number provided by Oxygen Products Pty Ltd was incorrect. I'm shocked that I, the customer, have to do all the legwork to get updates on my order.

As a first-time online customer, I'm extremely disappointed in Oxygen Products Pty Ltd. I would not recommend purchasing from them, and I suggest buying their products elsewhere. If I could cancel my order and get a refund immediately, I would.
