Zero effort to collect oxygen concentrator.

My mom was very ill and in Cape Town. Her Dr contacted Oxygen and General for 24/7 oxygen. I was transporting her closer to me in the FreeState. Took a week to let me know if they had a branch in Bloemfontein, still could not get me contact details in Bloemfontein. Moved my mother and the frail care she is in uses another provider for oxygen and machine service. I changed providers and canceled Oxygen and General. I was told by Henrico in Bloemfontein that its not my responsibility to get the machine to them, they will collect from me. Almost a month later and I'm still sitting with the machine. Get no response from anyone. These machines are not cheap and I would of thought that they would jump to collect it. I even told them I'm going to Bloemfontein and can drop it off. No one has gotten back to me as to where I can drop it. Out of ideas as what to do.
