Taking too long to make the payment
I'm still waiting for the refund. Its been ten days after I write the first review and I'm being told that they are waiting for authorisation of six hundred rands I have never seen this maybe I'm going to get it with interest. How many more weeks should I wait for my six hundred rands??

23 Jul 2021, 12:50I dont know what is it that you are talking about when you say "there was also a change in medical condition treated" because you gave us a Covid cylinder instead of a oxygen concentrator, thus charging us the amount of money that the medical aid didn't pay you. I will really appreciate it if my money can be paid today as per telephone conversation with Hennie this morning.
