With regard to home oxygen systems and their power backup systems, stay away from this company. Extremely poor after sales service and unhelpful personnel. they keep on finding excuses for their own poor delivery and expect customers to pay

Thank you for your review .Our team member has been in touch with you and advised you that you need to install a Change over switch .The excessive amount of loadshedding is not allowing for your battery to charge enough.This has caused for your battery to die .Our representative Marihes is in contact with you and the electrician to install a Change over Switch .We recommend to all patients who have Power Backup Systems to install a Change over Switch and will make this mandatory going forward .
