Oxygen 8 Communication (Pty) Ltd

Oxygen 8 Communication (Pty) Ltd is deducting a R1000-00 rand a month from my Cell phone account with out authorization. Non of their contact numbers are answered so that I can demand a refund.<br> <br> This is totally unacceptable and they should not be allowed to just deduct money with out authorization.
