Oxford Print and Signs - VERY ,VERY POOR PRODUCT AND SERVICE DELIVERY !!!

The worst service!!! So I ordered magnets for my company branding from Oxford Print and signs , and paid immediately upon receiving the invoice. I went in to received the magnets the Friday, The shop was about to close so I just got handed the package(By Jan the owner who at the time was conversing with someone. I said thank you and left .The magnets where put on the next day .and then the very first trip the one blew off with the other about to fall.

I then brought it up to the owner (the very next day - been the Sunday). and he told me I was perhaps speeding that's why it came off. Anyway after a very long debate he agreed to replace them. I told the owner I am working late every day and could drop when I'm free I brought the magnets in. He came outside and stuck the magnet on my car and said he would replace the magnets and he needed to test the one that was left ,and that He could see that the corners where not holding and said not to worry he would replace it there must be an issue with the material and he would need to send this back to the supplier .

I have followed up ever since to find out when my magnets would be done and week after and always a excuse after excuse as to why I cant receive my magnets. I paid in January it's now March and still don't have my branding.He has now turned around and said that the suppliers report stated that I have tampered with the magnets that why They didn't stick (Lord knows why I would pay for something for my business and then tamper with it to make it not work ) ,(in his response to my google review).

Jan is by far the most ********* business owner I have dealt with.Still very Rude/unhelpful and has not got back to me once only upon me first following up still excuse after excuse. I was then told about consumer acts etc he clearly doesn't want to help so I will be taking this up legally. Avoid at all cost!
