I feel ******

I moved into one of the units in Oxford Heights on the 10 October 2018.How can my rent go up I'm only here for 3 months!The law says after 12months,what is this?their own law?I had to post this matter so that other people can see.They send you an sms a month before to say the rent will go up...an sms?So what are we?Very unprofessional!Nothing that is happening here is according to the law we all know.This matter will be taken further.
