****** at oxford by owners

i made purchases from oxford bluff and upon getting home i checked my till receipt and realized i was charged for items i did not buy!<br> i called the store and spoke to the manager who confirmed that this was correct as he looked at the cctv system and did not see these said items but it was on my receipt and i was charged for it!<br> he promised to speak to his superior and revert to me which never happened!<br> i called the owner myself who promised to refund my full purchase on my next visit!<br> i later learned that this was not to happen!<br> i was ****** in broad daylight and the company showed no remorse for it.<br> i incurred further costs to my cell bill for the numerous calls made to them to resolve the issue to which is still not!<br>
