Great experience

There is an amazing manager employed at Hillcrest Oxford - Chris Pillay. In the past few weeks he has provided me with several empty boxes (I'm moving soon), and takes the time to chat and find out how things are going. He goes above and beyond customer care - it's a pleasure shopping at a store where I feel welcome.
