Bad customer service

<p>Oxford has a special for 5 mixed vegies for 100,but because the cashier and the manager's Gordon and ken couldn't understan plain English they insisted that what was on the specials paper was incorrect even after reading it out to them they still failed to accept that I as a customer was right.and I gen has to pay more than what I had expected to pay.</p>
