Bad customer service

<p>i am so tired of the managment at the bluff durban store . when ever i have a complaint or problem with the stuff i bought and paid for i get treated like a ******** . there is a tall manager in poticular named Ken . i bought a few items and on diffrent occations he refused to return the good so what i know do is contact the manufacturer and even with my vouchers he must investigated it im sick of his behavior towards me and cant handle it any longer . i feel his ****** and has no customer care experiance .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
