Oxford Claims and Legal Services ***** and Cheats

In December I had a accident involving Oxfords client, the driver crossed a barrier line and hit my car with his trailer pushing me into a another car, he accepted responsibility and the cops took a statement and we went our seperate ways, the damage to my car was substantial. Now Oxford refuses to pay, stating the trailer jack knifed and hit my car, funny though considering if the driver of the van was not being a complete idiot and driving like he owns the road, I am a pensioner and that was my only asset, its a old car and not insured and now I am suffering cause of this and I dont have money to pay for the repairs and what annoys me the most is how they can lie and say the trailer jack knifed which is complete bull ****. Now they say I must get a lawyer if I want to take it further, I live off R1300 a month pension, how is it possible to afford a lawyer. I am stuck now with a problem that I have no means of solving and as I stated if the driver of the van was not driving reckless I would still have my car in its good form. This is a sad that they do this to poor people that have no financial means of taking things further,its a disgrace that they conduct thier business this way
