Their client knocked my stationary vehicle on the N1 to Cape Tow. Traffic was not moving and their client knocked my car from behind and signed at police station that he was 100% at fault. OXFORD CLAIMS AND LEGAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD at first made me run around for 3 quotations and loads of forms, for each quotation at panealbeaters I had to pay R350.

After supplying all paper work I have to wait for OXFORD CLAIMS AND LEGAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD management for months to decide who was wrong then another month and the list goes on.

OXFORD CLAIMS AND LEGAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD - Now delays the everything and no reply, just not to fix my car and want to act like their client not at fault.

Who bumps a NOT moving car??? What insurance now say their client not at fault??
