Poor service and incompetant

<p>In March 2016 I was in an accident with my motorcycle. A lady insured through Garrun Group turned from Katherine Drive South right in front of me traveling north. All the police reports indicate the same version of the event, head-on head collision with my bike lying in the road still facing north. Oxford Claims and Legal Services in their infinite wisdom decided that I rear ended their client, despite there being absolutely no evidence to support this claim. At the end of 5 months I still do not have a resolved claim. For the life of me I cannot fathom how this company can be allowed to operate in law.</p>
