OXFORD CLAIMS AND LEGAL SERVICES (PTY) LTD

On the 22/03/2018 my vehicle was knocked by one of there clients on the N1 towards the northern suburbs just before the B13 Turn off onto the N7. I was on my way home when traffic came to a stop I slowed down and turned on my hazards to indicate to cars behind me to slow down but even when there client had sufficient time to slow down he did not, when i came to a stop and was stationary for a few seconds he knocked into me from behind. Myself and there client got out of our cars and immediately he apologized and said he was not watching the road, after all that we managed to file a police report and received a case number.

I asked there client to contact me immediately with the reference number to the claim so that i could claim via third party insurance (OXFORD CLAIMS AND LEGAL SERVICES) which took him a while, i received it on 23/03/2018. Then i email them to get the possess started they needed my details and documents like quotes which i had to pay for. When i sent all the needed documents I was told on email by Nombulelo N that she has sent my claim to management for consideration and i should contact her in 5 working days.

When i contacted her after the 5 working days she then said that management has not gotten back to her and she would contact me when they do. I waited a day then sent her another email, she rep**** saying that she has now sent it to the assessors and they will assess the damage digitally and that i should contact her in another 5 working days i waited again and when contacting her today 18/04/2018 she was still unable to give me an update and now shes not replying to my emails when asked for contact numbers regarding this.

EXTREMELY PATHETIC SERVICE ON THEIR SIDE !!!!!!!
