Please refrain from sending me emails. You are more than welcome to take this matter further and I will defend myself in court.

Please be advised that in terms of Prescription Act your claim has already prescribed due to the fact that 3 years has passed without issuing summons against me.

Also be advised that I will issue a special plea of Prescription in court in the event that you issue summons against me.

It is therefore my submission that you refrain from sending further demands to me and that any further action herein will be vigorously defended.
