You can do so much better for your business than Oxbow.

PLEASE, do not sign a contract with this company! There really are many trustworthy and reliable companies to choose from. Oxbow and Brett is not to be trusted.

When their products failed, they could not fix the issues. They failed to support us for over the 6 months it took them to find the problem and poorly rectify it. There were so many things they could have done to keep us operational during this time. We suffered severe losses and had to involve lawyers to only get the minimum service we Needed.

I believe without a doubt that their actions from that point were purposeful intended with harmful intent. I often tell people that they damaged our business more than lockdown!

It got even worse when we tried to notify them of the end of our contract, they simply failed to acknowledge these emails and continued to process debit orders!

We are so pleased to be free of Oxbow and our business has started to flourish since we got away from them.

I would put Oxbow on a level next to human traffickers!

We found many alternative service providers who have outshined oxbow in ways that keep us smiling. PLEASE, look elsewhere and find another company! You WILL BE SO MUCH HAPPIER.
