Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY

Such terrible service, from phones not working correctly, putting the blame on other providers which , after a lot of back and forth ends up being their problem, refill toners taking a long time to get to us, they ***** you in the contracts, and best of all, our offices were closed during lockdown, staff were sent home, but we still got a bill for printing, damn **** if you ask me, I pray with all my heart no one gets strangled in a contract with them, I cannot wait till we're done with them, our entire company will celebrate a 2nd year end style function when the contract is complete and they are out of our lives. Really, this company is purely sales driven, and give very little regards to customer service and satisfaction, BE CAREFUL OF THE CONTRACT YOU'RE SIGNING!!! If you really must go with them, your better off with a telkom phone and a small inkjet printer!!!
