Terrible after sales service.

Terrible company. Promised us as N1 Restaurant suppliers to refund us for an unauthorized debit orders of R20k. Never materialized. Also failed to cancel our Telkom service when we used them as our fibre supplier. Failed to do that as well. Had to pay R30k in just to get the line up and running. Had to pay for both services in the end. I escalated this to their MD - to date nothing was resolved.
