I'm done doing business with them

customers service seems not important, attention is given once payments are stopped. management and staff shift you from pillar to post. the person you had dealing with has either left the company or has apparently no authority to give solutions. the customer is always left in the cold. what a disappointment to work with them, no relation building and always a please explain to everyone.
