BAD SERVICE DELIVERY STAY AWAY

Please do not use OXBOW South Africa. We have had nothing but bad service delivery

THE FINANCE BANK - SASFIN is even worse. We canceled our agreement after hearing from SASFIN that our machine was on a monthly rental basis. We submitted our 90-day cancelation period only to hear that they could not cancel due to unpaid payments from February - May 2023. This is in fact not true. We had one unpaid which we were willing to EFT, and thew would not except. CLIENT SERVICE IS ONE OF THE WORSE.....PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT. SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM THE BEGINING
